SIX, the fitness studio designed to incorporate both fitness and wellness, gears up to open its doors; seeking team of fitness professionals.
IRVINE, Calif. – July 8, 2018 – SIX, the workout that provides an integrative wellness experience by fusing the fitness journey with personal development, will open its first location in Irvine this August. The new state-of-the-art 3,800 square foot studio, founded by Orshi McNaughton, owner of the So Cal Boot Camp chain, will offer guests an Epic Human Xperience that transforms the body and the mind. With grand opening comes a need to hire 10 fitness professionals to help manage the studio and lead the group classes.
“I wanted to create a new type of fitness studio where emotional wellness is just as important as nutrition, physical exercise and human connection,” said McNaughton. “Our goal at SIX is to disrupt the fitness industry by launching this new franchise model as we plan to open hundreds of locations across North America and change the lives of five million people via our wellness studios, digital platform, motivational events and retreats.”
Construction has begun in the heart of Irvine at the Los Olivos Marketplace, where the studio will offer once dreaded workouts that will now become the best part of its members’ days. SIX offers self-powered HIIT cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, rowers, kettlebells, battle ropes and much more. With the help of state-of-the-art strength training gear, SIX provides the perfect well-rounded workout that addresses needs whether guests are looking to tone up, lose weight or increase strength and cardio endurance.
The workouts will feature short intervals through SIX stations, that will work the entire body in just 50 minutes. SIX’s heart-rate-based, high-intensity workouts and epic music will push guests to their own limits. Participants will continue to burn additional calories for up to 38 hours after their session, and will leave the studio feeling strong and accomplished. At SIX, workouts will also address emotional wellness in a new way by combining high intensity fitness training, mindfulness, and meditation. Guests will learn to be more grounded and connect daily with a supportive team that facilitates real human interactions, friendships and joint experiences that all human beings need.
McNaughton continues, “Because of the stage lighting, curated music and supportive community that we have, guests will feel like they are at a concert with their friends. This is why we describe it as an Epic Human Xperience.”
SIX offers classes in a membership model, as well as individual class packages. In celebration of the new studio’s opening at 8535 Irvine Center Drive, SIX is offering a Grand Opening Special. Members who sign up before the official opening in August will receive two week free and lock in a Founders Rate, – a deeply discounted membership rate-, which they will keep forever. SIX is also accepting applications for positive and enthusiastic fitness professionals for various positions to join the team.
